Board of Directors
This is the company's administration and representation body. It consists of 7 member companies, which hold their role for renewable periods of 5 years. Of these, 5 maintain a permanent member, while the rest have the right to designate two members in a rotational manner.9 Socios
General Shareholders Meeting
Maximum Governing Body. Formed by representatives from 12 industrial oil production companies, founders of the Entity. Ordinarily, they meet once a year, within the first six months of each year.
